My only suggestion would be to improve the display or packaging presentation to better match the premium appearance and standard shown on the website."

"Its even more gorgeous and dainty in person. I'm so thrilled these tooth cap designs exist! I know theyre going to be a hit with my clients. I read a review after purchasing that made me a bit nervous—the review said the gems were totally smooth on the backs, no texture. Texture on the back of a gold gem is key to them lasting long, so the adhesive has something to grab onto rather than a smooth surface. I am so relieved to see and confirm that the back of the gold gems DO have texture and are NOT totally smooth! They are a great price and seemingly great quality. These diamond gems even have a hollow middle, which I believe will be ideal for adhesion. The price of these compared to any other distrubutor also can not be overlooked—theyre half the cost and just as stunning. I'm very pleased."

"I ordered the “large,” it was TINY and didn’t last more than 48 hours. My typical retention for gold is 2+ years on average. Very disappointed. I ordered a “pink” evil eye opal, which was peach at best. I also ordered two other gold charms, and just like this one, they do not have an etched back at all—no bumps at all, either. I thought maybe she just learned how to make pieces without it. But please take this as a red flag for All gold/opal gems. If it’s not etched/scored, the gold will come off. I knew this before using it, but I gave it a chance anyway. I reached out about this problem, and she literally said it was my fault and to use more adhesive, which any good trainer does not recommend for any gems at all. I am stunned and slightly annoyed, but that’s the cost of doing business. In my experience, I’ve used other gems and not had these problems at all."
