REFUND POLICY
Online Training Courses
All students agree to the policies upon enrolling as mentioned on the landing page in "Additional Information" prior to purchasing the course. All students must also agree to the terms and conditions prior to finalising any payments.

" Online Training Course/s: If purchased via Credit Card, PayPal, BNPL options such as, but not limited to “AfterPay, Humm, Splitit, Payright etc”, payments made are non-refundable as it is an immediate enrolment and instant access to the course. If purchased via Month to Month option via Stripe, payments are to be made on time or will incur a $10.00 late fee. Month to Month Instalments via Online Training Course are to be paid in full prior to receiving a certificate of completion and graduating the course. There is no cool down period for any Online Course as the student has access to the course itself until completion of the course."
We do not refund due to "change of mind" or "accidental purchase".
We have worked extremely hard for each course we have created and provided for our students. All Online Training is instant access once the Online Course has been purchased which is why we have policies in place. These policies are not hidden.
Returns and Exchanges
Sparkle By Maya only offers refunds/returns if product is:
- Unopened Products such as: Cosmetics, Adhesives & Adhesive remover
- Damaged upon Delivery
- Incorrect Item received from order
Refunds and Exchanges are strictly for faulty items only. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges in the event of change of mind or personal preference of a product. We also do not accept returns from Training Kits once opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it.
Photos must be provided on delivery of damaged goods and sent via email to wholesale@sparklebymaya.com.au or info@sparklebymaya.com.au
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
The following conditions apply to order cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled as long as item/s have not been shipped.
- Cancelling of packaged orders will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
- If item/s have not been packaged orders may be cancelled at no cost.
Damaged/Missing Goods
If your item/s are received damaged and/or faulty, please notify us at info@sparklebymaya.com.au within 48hrs of receiving of the item/s with attached photos of the issue and of your invoice attached to the order.
Damaged goods must be returned to Sparkle by Maya within 48 hours of contacting us and the goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. Once received, we will notify you within 3 days regarding your replacement or refund.

For missing orders please contact your courier with your tracking number. Your order may also arrive in seperate packages. Please keep note of your tracking number. If you have received your order and you are missing items please contact info@sparklenbymaya.com.aju straight away with your order number so we can help resolve the issue. If you have received your order with missing items and have not contacted us within 72 hours we cannot replace these missing items.
Clearance & Sale Products
There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for sale and clearance products (this includes purchases with discount codes).
*Clearance products cannot be returned and are none refundable.
